HASS Holding Fixture
Ideal’s electromechanical design expertise resulted in a reduced fretting Hass Holding Fixture capable of withstanding a minimum of 240 hours of vibration. This solution is implemented to solve customers’ backplane connector pin fretting problems during vibration testing of avionics computer modules. To be compared to alternate fixtures that have severe fretting after 40 hours of vibration.
