Ideal Aerosmith's Motion Simulation Division is committed to a leadership role in
the field of dynamic missile flight motion simulation, target motion simulation
and “turn-key” Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation systems. We design and manufacture:
- High-dynamic missile flight motion simulators (hydraulic drives)
- High-dynamic missile flight motion simulators with precision accuracy (electric
drives)
- Target Motion Systems (hydraulic and/or electric drives; linear or curvilinear
axes)
- Missile fin aerodynamic load simulators (electric or hydraulic actuation)
- High performance hardware-in-the-loop digital motion controllers
The Company strengthened it's flight motion simulation capabilities in January 2005,
when Ideal hired all of the former Carco Electronics - Menlo Park division employees
and a majority of the Pittsburgh division employees. Ideal Aerosmith is uniquely
qualified to design, fabricate, install, and commission hydraulic or electric flight
motion systems required for the successful execution of major seeker development
and production programs. Ideal has an excellent reputation for designing and manufacturing
superior test systems and has demonstrated the dedication to support those systems
to meet the highest expectations of our customers.
