Ideal Facilities
Ideal Aerosmith has five facilities located throughout the United States. Together
with our international representatives we provide solutions, products, and services
throughout the world. Our headquarters are located in our Grand Forks, ND facility.
All of our facilities are linked with a virtual private network and video conferencing
facilities to simplify meetings and collaboration with staff at any of our five locations.
Ideal has opened new facilities to allow for our continual expansion both in physical
space and intellectual capital.
Grand Forks, ND
In 2010, Ideal Aerosmith opened its new facility in Grand Forks, ND. As Ideal Aerosmith
continued to experience growth across many market segments, the Grand Forks facility
provided critical infrastructure to allow Ideal Aerosmith to meet its customer’s
needs. Ideal’s corporate headquarters were moved to the new facility to provide
room for expansion in its East Grand Forks office.

East Grand Forks, MN
The Ideal Aerosmith facility in East Grand Forks was opened in 1984 when the company
relocated from Cheyenne, Wyoming. The East Grand Forks facility specializes in motion
products.

Phoenix, AZ
The Ideal Aerosmith facility in Phoenix, AZ was opened in 2002 to support Ideal
Aerosmith’s rapid expansion in Test Solutions. In addition to manufacturing, the
Phoenix facility performs much of Ideal’s Test Engineering.

Menlo Park, CA
The Ideal Aerosmith Menlo Park facility serves as a Manufacturing, Sales, Service, Engineering
and Manufacturing facility located in Northern California. Menlo Park employees
have years of experience designing and building HWIL missile flight motion simulation
and target simulation systems as well as radome test systems and aerodynamic load
simulators. The Menlo Park facility was opened in 2005.

Pittsburgh, PA
The Ideal Aerosmith Pittsburgh facility serves as a Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and Development
facility located in Western Pennsylvania. It was opened in 2005 to accommodate Ideal
Aerosmith’s growth in the motion simulation market. The Pittsburgh facility specializes
in precision motion control applications.
